DISCLAIMER: IF A CALIBRATION LEVEL OF SERVICE OPTION IS NOT CHOSEN; IT IS ASSUMED YOU ARE CHOOSING CALIBRATION LEVEL 1 WITH CERTIFICATE.
Standard Calibration (ANSI/NCSL Z540.1)
This service provides a calibration certificate with a calibration date and calibration due date. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement parameters not meeting the test specifications (out of tolerance) are identified and reported on the certificate.
17025 Accredited Calibration
Instrumentation is calibrated in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 within our approved scope of accreditation. Accredited calibrations provide a certificate of calibration with the accrediting body's logo on the document. The calibration date is on the certificate and the calibration due date is only placed on the document when specified by the customer or contractually agreed. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement data for each parameter tested during the calibration is provided.
Standard Calibration with Data (Before/After Data)
This service provides a calibration certificate with a calibration date and calibration due date. A traceability statement is provided. Complete before/after measurement data is provided, listing the test name, measured value and test limits for each parameter tested during the calibration process.
ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 Calibration
Instrumentation is calibrated in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 within our approved ISO/IEC 17025 scope of accreditation. Calibrations provide a certificate of calibration with the accrediting body's logo on the document. The calibration date and the calibration due date (if provided or known) is on the certificate. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement data for each parameter tested during the calibration is provided.
Normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days
The normal turnaround time for calibration is 7-10 business days and we offer Free Pickup and Delivery within the DFW Metroplex . An electronic notification program is in place to alert our customers when a calibration update is required. This program is currently used and has been successfully audited by many of our customers as an integral part of their ISO 9000 Program.
Calibrations and/or repairs are performed at our facility. On-site (your facility) calibrations may be scheduled, as well.
In the event that equipment requires repair, an estimate will be provided, in advance of any repair being performed. Should you need further information, please call us at 972/429-3722.
